Katie has always had a passion for fitness and with the upcoming birth of her daughter in 2007 she decided to make that passion a career and began training women pre and post-natally. After several years of training these women she decided to expand her horizons and BODY ROCK FITNESS was born. Body Rock is based on her own fitness belief that "YOUR BODY IS THE BEST PIECE OF EQUIPMENT....SO USE IT."

Katie holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and is a certified personal trainer through ACE as well as being certified in pre and post-natal fitness. She has extensive training in core conditioning, agility exercises and boot camp drills. She is continually educating herself on the newest trends in the business by regularly attending workshops.

Karyn began her fitness career in early 2009 teaching group fitness. She has since become certified in Les Mills Body Pump, Body Combat and Core Certification. After realizing her passion for fitness, Karyn decided to expand her fitness knowledge from just group into personal training as well.

Karyn is highly motivating and energetic. She has been helping clients reach their personal goals for over five years. She is a certified personal trainer through NESTA and holds several Les Mills certifications and is CPR/AED certified.


Pat began her fitness career in kickboxing and martial arts; Kenpo Karate, Ninjitsu and Tae Bo. After 6 years she was given an opportunity to become a certified group fitness instructor and in no time was teaching Cardio Kickboxing, Boot Camp Classes, Body Sculpting, Aqua and Qi Gong.

Pat is full of energy and loves to motivate clients. She uses the mind, body and spirit connection to keep fit. She is a certified group fitness instructor through AFAA and CPR/AED certified through the American Red Cross
